After gaining experience in corporate CSR and Open Innovation, Héloïse worked for an award-winning impact startup. In 2019, she earned recognition as a German-French Young Leader and joined Impact Hub Berlin, guiding its global innovation programs and mentoring founders. Since 2022, she's part of its Leadership team, propelling the growth of one of Europe's largest Impact Hubs. Héloïse co-initiated WirVsVirus, a groundbreaking online Hackathon for COVID solutions, attracting 25,000 participants.
